On April 10th 2021 took place the first “Back to school Namibia” Second Hand Market in cooperation with the Franco Namibian Cultural Centre.
We invited people to sell their things like clothes, books, furniture and many more things in order to give them a second life. And we were happy to support a few local vendors with small retail stalls. The FNCC team was selling drinks and food.
The public which was looking for attractive bargains was happy to find 25 stalls with various items. At the Back to school Namibia stall we sold second hand clothes and our new fruit/veg bags. With the outcome of this sale we will be able to buy new stationery and deliver it soon.
Organizing this event was a new experience for us and we are happy to announce that we are already busy planning the next Back to school Namibia market with the FNCC!
We would like to thank all the vendors, the Back to School volunteers, and over all the FNCC Team!
Would you like to book a stall for the next market? Are you willing to volunteer for BACK TO SCHOOL NAMIBIA?
Send an e-mail to backtoschoolnamibia.com and be part of this great project!
